The “𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮𝗻. 𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻. 𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘼𝙈𝘼𝙕𝙄𝙉𝙂!” theme and AAPI Hero series was started at our 7th Annual Silicon Valley Asian Pacific FilmFest in October 2021 where we asked filmmakers who their AAPI heroes were.

Since then, we’ve been out in the community asking others who their AAPI hero is, so keep an eye on our socials as we’ll continue to showcase both AAPI unsung heroes and well-known heroes. 𝘿𝙤𝙣’𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙪𝙗𝙢𝙞𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝘼𝘼𝙋𝙄 𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙤!
